Norah Sleeping
Now that Norah rolls onto her tummy I am constantly cheking on her while she is napping. It still scares me a little. When I went up to check on her this is how she was laying. Kind of cute huh!?!
Norah fell asleep on her playgym while I was vacuuming. She look just like her dad when he is sleeping.

Norah Update
Saturday the 4th was when Norahs' two bottom teeth decided to start working there way up. Monday she decided to roll from her back to her tummy, and you can imagine how proud I was to see her at this milestone in her development. Tuesday her teeth finally broke through, and she mastered rolling around on the floor with Bella at her side. I smile everytime I see her rolling around.

Happy 4th of July!!
I especially wanted to thank all of those that are serving in the military or have served in the military. Putting your life on the line to protect the freedom that some take for granted, and the bravery you show to protect those you do not even know in our country and in many countries across the world.
Please be safe and God Bless.
Thank you.

It' Been Two Weeks
I cannot believe how fast time is flying by. The past few weeks while Dennis has been gone, I have searched high and low for a car.....and found one. Norah is getting so big, she is holding her head up, doing a blancing act when she is being held. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention I found her upside down in her bed (her head was where her feet were when I put her to bed) in the morning.
We also receieved our new kitchen table, wine hutch and buffet this past week. We had to do a little rearranging, and we can now do a little more decorating!
Now with Dad home, a new car to get us around until we leave, and a kitchen table to eat at it is starting to settle down a little. wwhhheeewww.
Onto some pictures......here is Norah at 4 months. I fed her without her onesie on to make it easier to get he into the bath.
She looks so much like Dennis......and her mannerisms too!

She makes me laugh. While she had food in her mouth she sneezed and it went all over both of us.

What a week
Since Dennis took our professional camera I have had to use the video camera to get recordings of Norah. I was able to get a recording of her laughing. The only problem now is getting them on this site. If they are too big they will not upload, so now I am trying to figure out how to do this so you all can see how much shes changing. Any help on what to use would be much appreciated.
Now that the new week has started it has been "a case of the Mondays", I just found out they totaled the car, so now we are going to try and have them fix the car with old parts if not we are looking at getting another one to last us until we leave. But with Dennis gone it is up to me........there are some decisions I don't like making on my own, and this is one of them, but I have no choice.
I better get back to studying......classes started today too!!

Busy, Busy
This week was just as busy if not more so than last week. I went down to Asolo to see the progress on our kitchen furniture and vino rack we are having built by hand out of Walnut.
On the way home I was in a fender bender....thank the Lord Claudio, his wife and friend Dennis that spoke some english came to help me. We will see this next week what happens with our BMW. Then there was the added stress of getting Dennis out on his TDY to Sardinia for awhile.
Billie and Amelia went to Venice and Florence all by themselves. They were a little scared at first but once I got their tickets and gave them my cell phone I knew they would be okay. I even wrote down the train times, house phone, and address just in case.........I am more of mom now than ever before.

Today Billie, Norah and I went to the antique market in the town square, they had some interesting and very old items. I didn't buy anything, I am on the lookout for a painting for our kitchen once the table gets here next week. I am very excited to have a place to sit down, after getting rid of that oak one so long ago.
Here are our chairs
This is the design on th center of the table that seats 6-10 people
A better picture of our table
This is our buffett, to give an idea of the height is is almost up to my shoulder (I am 5'2").

Norah's First Feeding
The day we got back from Rome we decided to give Norah some rice cereal for her first real from of a solid meal. She did pretty good considering she is getting used to the difference in texture compared to breastmilk.
